Exchanges (shade or length) accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened and in original packaging.
Faulty products are covered by our 1 year guarantee — please contact us with photos before returning.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on opened or worn hair.
Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
